A good selection of cured meat. Personally, I like the pork cabanossi. Having a sweet tooth, the pork cabanossi tastes sweet and "moist".

This round the star was the biltong with the wagyu taking 2nd place the cabanosi was a bit hard at room temp but otherwise fantastic
