Not your typical cheesecake. Amrita's signature dish, Naked Burnt Cheesecake, draws it's inspiration from Basque Country. It is a crustless cheesecake baked at high temperature to get its deeply caramelised top and creamy centre. This cake has converted many non-cheesecake lovers into fans!
The cake does not contain pork/lard/alcohol/preservatives and can be stored up to 5 days in the fridge. Please take the cheesecake out from the fridge 1 hour before serving it to enjoy it at its best.
This product is made fresh to order. Delivery available Monday to Friday. Orders for next day delivery must be received by 6pm the day before.
