Axe Hill Tant Lenie Viognier comes from a vineyard 2 doors down from their cellar. Planted in 2011. crushed into tank & pressed after 18 hours skin contact. After settling, free-run juice into old 300lt French oak barrels for AF. then 10 months in barrel on lees.
